LMS platform · WordPress + Android · 2026

Pargar Academy

A commercial learning platform delivered as three parts that share one REST API: a WordPress theme, a companion plugin and a native Android app. Built for course creators who sell video courses on their own domain.

Sole architect and developer — product design, backend, theme and mobile app
Responsibilities
  • Designed the plugin's REST API that powers both the website and the Android app
  • Built per-course licensing with permanent device seats and account-binding guards
  • Integrated Bunny Stream HLS with signed URLs (Token Auth V2) and offline downloads
  • Built a quiz engine with a visual question builder, CSV import/export and auto-issued certificates
  • Implemented a wallet with its own WooCommerce payment gateway and auto-refunds
Outcome
Shipped as a sellable product: one theme, one plugin and one app that any academy can connect to with a single connection code. Being prepared for marketplace release and an English edition.

MigrateArmenia

The website and in-house tooling for an immigration services business in Armenia: a custom English theme for international clients, plus plugins that turn the site into a working directory and rental search.

  • Built a custom LTR theme with mega menu, service templates and contact flows
  • Developed a business directory plugin with galleries, video embeds and AJAX star ratings
  • Built a rental listings scraper with its own MySQL table, WP-Cron jobs, JS rendering and translation fallback
  • Produced separate review plugins for Persian and English audiences
Outcome
One site that markets the services and runs the internal tools behind them, with every section kept editable by the owner.

PlacidPlan

A workspace product for creative teams and YouTubers, built on a custom WordPress theme and my own options framework, with subscription plans sold through WooCommerce.

  • Built the product theme on Hakimi Framework with all content editable from the panel
  • Implemented monthly and annual plans with monthly-equivalent pricing and full-term checkout
  • Set up a 14-day trial that runs on the plan the user picks
  • Integrated OxaPay as the payment gateway
Outcome
A launch-ready product site with its billing rules handled in code instead of manual work.

Machine-learning trading system

Hakimi AI Trader

A multi-timeframe machine-learning system for crypto, forex and commodities. It began as my capstone project for the Building AI course by Reaktor and the University of Helsinki.

Pine Script Indicators

Two TradingView indicators written in Pine Script v6: a lean EMA/RSI version and a professional version that stacks seven confirmation filters for 15-minute crypto charts.

My own WordPress theme-options framework and a from-scratch personal theme, later put through a full security audit and hardened.

  • Audited the theme and fixed login lockout, open redirect and author-enumeration issues
  • Closed the public users REST endpoint and removed unsafe-eval from the CSP
  • Rebuilt the contact form with nonce, honeypot and sanitization

I have spent more than ten years writing software by hand: WordPress platforms, custom plugins, integrations and tools for traders. Because I work independently, the person who scopes your project is the person who builds it, ships it and answers when something needs to change.

I run my practice from Yerevan, Armenia, through Hakimi Group LLC, and work remotely with clients abroad. Most of my work sits where a website has to become a system: licensing and memberships, payments, apps talking to APIs, and automation that removes manual work.
